Dabo did not score, but Mali did win big in Bamako over Sierra Leone. Goals from Djibril Sidibe (pen), Seydou Keita (2), Boucader Diallo (2), and Basala Toure helped Mali to an easy win. This win, coupled with a Benin win over Togo, puts Mali at the top of their group. Assuming Benin win in Sierra Leone, Mali would likely need to beat Togo away in order to advance to the Cup of Nations finals next year. As for Dabo, he did have one decent chance early in the 2nd half, but could not quite reach the cross. He came off with half an hour left.
