Dabo made his Le Havre debut and fellow debutant Valery Mezague scored to beat Nantes. The Cameroonian Mezague opened the scoring in the 17th minute when he pounced on Adame é deflected shot and fired an unstoppable shot past Nantes keeper Tony Heurtebis from 25 yards out. Dabo did not start, presumably because he is still relatively new to Le Havre, but he made his debut in the 57th minute as he came on for Montenegrin striker Nikola Nikezic. Dabo made an impact almost immediately when he headed down a long ball into the path of Guillaume Hoarau, but his shot went just wide. Dabo was heavily involved the rest of the match, opening up the defense with his pace, though he did not get any real scoring chances. Dabo will be with Mali on Wednesday for their match against Burkina Faso and then again with Le Havre on Friday as they take on Grenoble.
